Allison Scott

Allison has been practising as a registered psychologist for over 20 years, working in education, child and family health, and private practice. Allison aims to provide a relaxed and respectful space so that clients feel safe to address issues, build skills and develop insights about themselves and what’s important to them.

Rebecca Rothwell

Rebecca is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing mental health support to clients across a variety of community health care settings.  Rebecca delivers her therapy sessions with care and compassion and aims to provide a space were clients feel heard and understood.

Adam Coates

Adam is a registered psychologist with 19 years’ experience. He has worked extensively in adult mental health, in both the private and public sector. 

Adam has strong interest in mood and anxiety disorders, as well as recovery from trauma and loss, managing stress and goal setting.

Adam predominately uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques in his work but adopts an individualised approach to each client.

Jo-Elle is a registered psychologist with over 20 years experience consulting with clients across Australia, America and the UK. She has specialised in supporting clients within public, private and clinical settings to stabilise their psychological symptoms and achieve recovery, personal development and growth. 

Jo-Elle’s direct, authentic and high energy therapeutic style, motivates clients to achieve optimal results and experience long lasting improvements in their well-being well beyond the therapeutic consultation period.

Liz Gould

Liz is a registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 20 years’ experience, speialising in the areas of psychological well-being and its impact on quality of life and workplace performance. Liz holds a depth of experience in supporting and addressing mental health and trauma impacts on individuals as well as coaching for individual personal development, executive and leadership coaching, and specialised expertise in high-risk and high-performance environments.

Tara Hurster

Tara is a registered Psychologist with 15 years experience supporting adults who have struggled with substance use, other addictions and stress related concerns. She has a very no nonsense and practical approach focusing on psychoeducation and tools building to empower clients to thrive into the future without needing therapy forever.

Lauren Piper

Lauren is a registered psychologist with experience supporting adults across private practice, government, community, and occupational rehabilitation settings. She brings a warm, curious, and practical approach to therapy, with a strong interest in helping people better understand themselves, their patterns, and the reasons they think, feel, and respond the way they do.

Originally from South Africa, Lauren has also spent time travelling and backpacking through Asia, which has shaped her interest in people, culture, identity, resilience, and the different ways humans adapt to life’s challenges. Lauren is also a mum and has lived experience of late-diagnosed ADHD, which informs her passion for neurodivergence and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
